After completing my international business studies, working for a decade as a management consultant at renowned international management consulting firms and holding senior management positions for 15 years, I have been taking on mandates as an Executive & Business Coach since 2010.
Given my extensive leadership experience, I am intimately familiar with the high demands placed on executives. I incorporate the insights gained from my diverse global experiences into my coaching work. Combining my knowledge in international management with specialized coaching expertise and my passion for helping people unleash their full potential, I assist individuals in recognizing and living their unique strengths.
Throughout my professional journey, I have often been involved in complex change processes, business development, and organizational development as part of my management responsibilities

During my tenure as General Power of Attorney for Germany at a globally leading insurance conglomerate, I experienced the effectiveness of strategic relationship and stakeholder management.
In my role as a manager overseeing one of the three central strategic goals of a globally leading major bank, I learned how to navigate culturally diverse and complex networks on an international scale.
As the Managing Director of an international service company, I was responsible for the sustainable improvement of business success through the transformation of traditional structures and behavioral patterns into a new way of working, requiring a measured approach.
My experience as CEO and Member of the Supervisory Board of a medium-sized technology company underscored how crucial forward-looking decisions are for success. The challenge was to align shareholders, leadership, and critical talent on a common path, with sensitivity and determination.
In my roles as a consultant and manager for internationally active consulting firms, I handled a wide range of tasks for clients, continually encountering new challenges and opportunities for growth. This provided me access to a broad spectrum of business topics and associated solutions.
In addition to my main professional activities, I have lectured at international universities for many years. This teaching role is fulfilling and allows me to share my knowledge and experience with others.
Since 2010, I have taken on Executive Coaching mandates and accompanied change projects as an independent consultant.
My clients come from various industries, including Technology (Medtech, IT), Financial Services (Banks, Insurance companies), Services, and Industry.
My coaching approach is enriched by my personal and societal experiences, such as a father of three children, a long-time training of ski instructors, and my openness to all facets of life.
