Your concern is unique, and I tailor a customized coaching process for you.
Together, at the beginning of our collaboration, we will define your personal path based on your goals and my experience as a coach, consultant, and leader:
- INITIAL NON-BINDING CONSULTATION: Every coaching journey begins with an initial non-binding consultation, which can take place online or by phone according to your preferences. This conversation is aimed at understanding your current situation and discussing initial considerations regarding possible approaches. At the same time, I will explain how our collaboration could unfold.
- ADAPTIVE FORMATS: Typically, our coaching sessions consist of confidential individual conversations that we flexibly structure over a period of three to nine months. For many clients, I am a continuous companion over the years on their journey, while for others, I may only provide support once for solving a current problem.
▶ One- or multi-day intensive coaching sessions offer you the opportunity to escape the daily grind in addition to individual short coaching sessions. At a location of your choice, paired with a pre-agreed setting, you can develop new perspectives, define your goals for yourself, your team, or your organization, and emerge strengthened and focused.
- GOAL-ORIENTED SESSIONS: In our sessions, we don't just work theoretically; we also identify concrete steps to achieve your goals. I provide you with an objective perspective and serve as a sounding board for your thoughts. If desired, I offer input on specific topics and provide constructive feedback.
- LIVING COACHING EXPERIENCE: My coaching is characterized by practical relevance and vitality. This is not least because I continually look beyond the horizon with you, drawing from my experience as an international leader in advisory or line responsibility over many years.
- FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTABLE: I am flexible and adapt to your needs because you have enough issues to contend with. Meetings can take place online or in person (also on my premises), anytime and worldwide, and can be conducted in German or English, depending on your requirements.
